What is Kabsa?
Kabsa is an assortment of unique rice dishes that originate from Saudi Arabia, where it is commonly regarded as a national dish. This traditional Saudi Arabian dish is made with rice and meat. Although Kabsa is believed to be indigenous to Saudi Arabia, it can be found in all Middle Eastern countries; most often served in Qatar, Oman, The UAE, Bahrain, Iraq, and Kuwait.
When it comes to food everybody has an opinion. You eat hence you know (or somewhere along those lines).
